How long do I get support?

We give support during the website build process and between 14 days and 30 days after your website is complete as standard with our website design service. If you choose to have us host and manage your website then support is continuous.

Is it really unlimited?

Yes & No is the honest answer... when it says Unlimited revisions obviously we have to draw the line somewhere.. so we think 3-4 revisions per page or design is about fair, in regards to unlimited Pages, Products , we tend to build out 5 to 10 for you and then you are free to add as many as you like... so that is truly unlimited and we give you a training call too so we can guide you through any technical questions you may have.

How does payments work and do I have to sign up to a long contract?

In regards to most services we offer, we charge 50% upfront and the remaining balance only once the agreed works are completed. In regards to our monthly management packages we charge those payments at the 1st of each month in advance. As for contracts, all our work requires a contract that lays out our agreement of works before we start any project which ends when that project is completed and final outstanding balance paid. In regards to our maintenance packages they are always a rolling contract and can be cancelled by giving 30 days notice with no penalty.

Who Owns the website?

Once we've built your website to your instructions and you have paid in full the ownership title and rights transfers to you. Even if you decide to use our management service you are the owner and can move your website to another host or website design service any time.

Why do you charge a monthly management fee?

Over the years the number one query we get is from clients who've accidently broken their website, either by being to busy running their business they forget to update their website or they simply don't know what they are doing in the back end of the website and the worst offense is pressing lots of bottoms as this will most certainly break your website. So we've put together a hosting, maintenance and some premium softwares into a package that gives you peace of mind.. we take care of that for you so you can focus on running your business. Of course you can choose just to have use build your website and arrange your hosting and back end maintenance elsewhere.

Is there any further cost I should know about?

All the websites quoted above are fully functioning and will require no extra costs to run from day one, However you should bare in mind that further costs could be incurred for a number of reasons, for example if your website is a instant hit and you have Jay Z tweeting about your products.. and get an increase in visitors you may have to increase your hosting package. Also you may choose to buy extra softwares and plugins to help you run your business like Royal Mails Shipping Plugin or Woocommerce Pro upgrade ...
